home with traditional Deco/Postmodern style and modern amenities,
including a large private pool and spa set in lushly landscaped
private grounds in the heart of historic East Hollywood, Florida.
The property comes fully equipped and furnished including
telephone, cable television and high speed internet, with
plenty of space for 4+ guests in two separate bedrooms. The
ideal location; an easy 1.5 mile walk/drive to one of the
best beaches in South Florida and a 3-7 minute walk to charming
old town Hollywood restaurants, shops, cafes, Young Circle
park and arts/music center. A supermarket, drugstore and other
basics are less than 2 blocks away yet the house is private
and quiet, located on one of the most beautiful streets in
a historic preservation district that has been used at the
setting for many movies of 1950s Beverly Hills, California.
Ft. Lauderdale airport is a 10 minute drive, and both Ft.
Lauderdale (15-20 mins.) and Miami (25-30 mins.) are easily
accessible via major freeways. Centrally located between many
top entertainment/shopping venues including Gulfstream Park
Racetrack, Hard Rock Casino, Sawgrass Mills, etc., Hacienda
Hollywood is the ideal place to enjoy South Florida sunshine

Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days from arrival date,
10% of total rental retained (may be used as a credit
towards any future rental).
Less than 60 days from arrival date,
50% of total rental retained (may be used as a credit
towards any future rental).
Less than 14 days from arrival date, NO
Refunds or credits. If it is necessary for you to cancel
due to family or medical emergencies, we will attempt to
re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original
booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund
will be made less 10% of the original reservation.
There is a 4 night minimum stay for
Hacienda Hollywood at all times. We accept Pal Pal,
Visa, Mastercard. A refundable security deposit is required.
Smoking strictly limited to designated outdoor areas.
There are NO refunds for Christmas -
New Years and Easter weeks
