The property includes on-site staff (living in separate
staff quarters) and comes fully equipped and furnished
including telephone, satellite television and high speed internet, with
plenty of space for 12+ guests. The property has two
separate bedroom wings (2 bedrooms poolside and 4 bedrooms
on the second floor) and may be rented as a private 2,
4 or 6 bedroom estate (prices below). The ideal location; an easy
1 block walk to one of the best beaches in Mexico and less
than a 10 minute drive (4 miles, $6 by taxi) to the charm
and excitement of old town Vallarta.
Close to the city but totally private and
quiet, nestled in lush tropical gardens on Vallarta’s
exclusive south side directly adjacent to the exclusive Garza
Blanca Preserve.
The house has extensive indoor and outdoor living areas next
to the Palo Maria river with beautiful views of the surrounding
mountains, ocean, jungle and city lights.
All bedrooms have private baths (many with
large stone soaking tubs) and are beautifully furnished. The huge living
room, kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining areas (including patio
bar and bar-b-que) feature beautiful open architecture, beamed
ceilings, tile floors and extensive patios and decks leading
to private gardens surrounding the house.
This exceptional property
is generally rented by one party but is also available on
select dates as a boutique adults-only resort (see

Our "no games,
no gimmicks" year round value pricing includes all taxes,
cleaning, cooking, etc. Fully staffed and equipped.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 60 days from arrival date,
10% of total rental retained (may be used as a credit
towards any future rental).
Less than 60 days from arrival date,
50% of total rental retained (may be used as a credit
towards any future rental).
Less than 14 days from arrival date, NO
Refunds or credits. If it is necessary for you to cancel
due to family or medical emergencies, we will attempt to
re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original
booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund
will be made less 10% of the original reservation.
There is a 5 night minimum stay for
Hacienda Elena at all times. We accept Pal Pal, Visa,
Mastercard. A refundable security deposit is required.
Smoking strictly limited to designated outdoor areas.
There are NO refunds for Christmas
- New Years and Easter weeks. |
