Kenwood Properties is a Florida Limited Liability
Company (LLC) managed by H. Robb Levinsky, who created the
concept of Mutual Property Ownership (MPO)
in 2005. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University and
a former elected public official in his hometown of Newton,
Ma. at age 22, Robb was listed in the 1983 issue of "Outstanding
Young Men of America". Founder of many successful companies,
Robb is a prolific writer, educator and public speaker who
has been extensively profiled by television, radio, and print
media. He has served on the board of directors of numerous
civic and cultural organizations, including the Sonoma Land
Trust and the Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County, Ca.,
where he lived from 1990 - 2001.
